Delete your account

Option 1: delete it yourself in the app (instant)

1. Open the Sathyam Yoga app and sign in.
2. Tap your picture at the top right, then Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
4. Read the warning, tap Continue, type DELETE, and confirm with Google when asked.

Option 2: ask us to delete it

If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address you signed up with, or send a WhatsApp message from the phone number on your profile:

We confirm who you are, then delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile and answers (name, age, city, goals, health notes, phone, emergency contact).
• Your membership, class access, fee and payment records in the app.
• Your attendance history, pose scores, referral details, hearts and group chat messages.
• Your notification token, and your Google sign-in for this app.

What we may keep

• Records that the payment company (Razorpay), your bank or the law require to be kept. These are held by them under their own rules.
• Basic security logs (IP address and time) for a short period.
